Training Room is an available Map in MultiVersus. It can only be used in The Lab to test out Fighters, Variants, and Perks, as well as to practice combos. A separate 1 vs 1 form was later made available on December 14th, 2022 during Season 2, alongside a separate variation of the Map which possesses three platforms, called Classic 3 Platform, which also has a 1 vs 1 form of its own.
Origin[]
Both Training Room and Classic 3 Platform are original Maps made for MultiVersus. Their overall designs greatly resembles the "training stage" design seen in the training modes of other fighting games, particularly the Training Stage from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and The Grid from STREET FIGHTER V.
Layout[]
Training Room[]
The whole map consists of a large body players can't go underneath.
Training Room (1 vs 1)[]
Almost identical to Training Room, but the main body is smaller.
Classic 3 Platform[]
Similar to Training Room, but features three soft platforms (resembling the two moving ones from Trophy's E.D.G.E.) arranged in a triangular layout.
Classic 3 Platform (1 vs 1)[]
Almost identical to Classic 3 Platform, but the main body is smaller and the platforms are closer to each other.
Theme Songs[]
Adventure Awaits[]
An original orchestral arrangement made for the game that incorporates excerpts from the musical motif heard throughout MultiVersus' original soundtrack.
- Intro - 00:00
- Main Theme - 00:07
- Idle Theme - 02:34
- Final Ringout Theme - 03:22
- Outro - 04:48
- Victory Theme - 04:54
Trivia[]
- During the Closed Alpha, a separate version of Training Room, known simply as Training, was available in The Lab. This version did not return in the Open Beta.
- As these Maps can't be played outside The Lab, the Final Ringout Theme, Outro, and Victory Theme sections of Adventure Awaits are currently impossible to be heard in-game.
- This wasn't the case in the Tech and Alpha Tests, however, as Training Room, Classic 3 Platform, and their 1 vs 1 forms were available in the online Map rotation.
