This Ringout could've been obtained as a free in-game reward for writing the code "TWEETYBDAY" on this website between November 21 and November 22, 2022 (EXCLUSIVE).

This Ringout is based on promotional material dedicated to celebrate 80 years since the creation of the classic Looney Tunes character Tweety.

Trivia[]
- Prior to the FestiVersus! Patch, this Ringout didn't have a thumbnail in the in-game Ringout VFX Collection tab, leaving it be erroneously represented by its sprite sheet instead.
- Happy Birthday, Tweety!'s preview animation from the player's Collection tab doesn't showcase in the entire in-game animation properly as it's missing some its elements, such as the balloons.
- For players who have unlocked this Ringout VFX, it will always show up in their Shop's Ringouts section.
