The Default Announcer is a non-playable character in MultiVersus.

The Default Announcer is an original character created specifically for MultiVersus that acts as the game's main host.
While most of his voicelines can be replaced to those of another character by changing his Announcer Pack to a different one, the Default Announcer nonetheless possesses exclusive voicelines for the game's Beginner Tutorial game mode.

- The Default Announcer is voiced by Eric Bauza, the same voice actor for Bugs Bunny and Tom & Jerry. This was confirmed by Stefan Kovatchev, the Audio Director at Player First Games, in a tweet.[1]
- Similarly to the Default Announcer, the Random slot on the character select screen also reuses Shaggy's silhouette to represent itself.
