This Ringout is based on Blue Diamond from Steven Universe, one of the main four Diamonds of The Great Diamond Authority. The animation of her breaking out of water chains and attacking someone with Energy Projection is a reference to the 23rd/24th episodes of Season 5, titled "Reunited".
